A great piece Lauren! I recently lost 65 pounds and think I have this balance now too (although it's always precarious) but I used WW to get there. After being on pretty much every diet on the planet, the program helped me transform my eating habits. I used to eat chocolate chips for breakfast mixed with edamame. Now I just have two little squares as well. Thanks for sharing!
